Unapologetic
A Monthly Circle for Women in the Middle of Life: Done Shrinking, Done Performing, and Ready to Meet What’s Next
There comes a point in your life when the old rules no longer apply.
You’ve built the career. Raised the children. Carried the weight. Kept the image polished and the world spinning.
And yet, something deep inside begins to stir. It is not a desire to prove anything, not a need for another achievement, but a quiet, fierce longing: to live more truly, more boldly, and more yourself than ever before.
That’s who this circle is for.
I am a private transition coach with a background in existential work, presence practice, and over a decade of experience guiding high-impact women through moments of profound personal reinvention. I hold this circle as a space where truth rises without needing to perform, explain, or fix.
I’m inviting you to the Unapologetic Circle, a monthly, in-person gathering for women in the middle of life who are done shrinking, done performing, and ready to meet what’s next from a place of depth, intelligence, and truth.
Our March gathering will be held on:
Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
In person in Santa Barbara (location shared upon registration)
Cost: $40 (limited to 12 women)
Each month, we’ll explore a meaningful theme through guided conversation, embodied reflection, and curated readings. You don’t need to have answers. You just need to show up: open, curious, and ready to be met without pretense.
March 2026 Suggested Reading: Phosphorescence by Julia Baird
March’s theme is Awakening, inspired by Julia Baird’s beautiful concept of Phosphorescence, the internal glow that remains when the roles we’ve mastered are stripped away. For those of us who are used to fixing, performing, or holding it all together, this gathering offers something more honest: the quiet power of dropping the weight and finding your own light without having to prove a thing.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to stop moving through our days on autopilot. We’ll step beyond the performance of composure and meet ourselves, tender, tired, and real. We’ll make space for the truth that finding our light isn't about working harder; it is grounded and lives in breath, attention, awe, and the willingness to fully wake up to our own lives.
(You do not need to read the book to attend.)
If this speaks to where you are, and you’re longing to stop running and start being here, fully, I would love to have you in the room.
This isn’t a networking group. It’s not a workshop.
It’s a circle for women who are ready to stop asking for permission and start living unapologetically.
