Nothing is required of you except honesty.

You do not need to be inspired. You need to be in a room where you do not have to perform.

Drawing from Esther Perel's Mating in Captivity, its 20th anniversary edition being released in May, we explore what becomes possible when a woman stops performing contentment and reconnects with her own aliveness. You do not need to have read the book to attend.

June: Sovereignty Arrival is rarely a final destination; it is a deepening sense of internal sovereignty. Using Melissa Febos's Girlhood as our touchstone, we examine the conditioning women carry long past adolescence and practice the quiet, radical act of choosing a self that was never chosen for you. You do not need to have read the book to attend.
A curated, intimate evening held once a month for a small group of women. Each gathering is anchored by a theme and a book that gives the evening its emotional shape. The space is warm. The facilitation is steady. There is no advice, no fixing, no networking, and no requirement to share anything you are not ready to say.
Women return. Not because they are asked to, but because something in the room is real.
